As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail [email protected].

If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Our inflatables are produced on demand, which enables us to maintain lower costs and offer you better prices. If you require an urgent delivery, we can arrange expedited production and shipping for an extra fee.

Please don't hesitate to contact us if you need your inflatable sooner.

Please note that the delivery timeline for your inflatable may vary depending on the complexity/size of the product, the number of inflatables you've ordered, and our current backlog. Typically, it takes between 30 to 90 days from the time of ordering to receive your inflatable at your doorstep.

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to [email protected] and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges.

Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.

The inflation process for most inflatables generally takes around 5 minutes. However, the time required to fully set up the inflatable can vary between 10 to 30 minutes depending on its size. This typically involves inflating the object, anchoring it securely, and conducting a thorough inspection.

Our inflatable products are constructed from high-quality commercial grade 0.55mm PVC Tarpaulin (18oz PVC coated Tarpaulin), known for its exceptional strength and resilience. This material is resistant to weather conditions, mildew, and can last for more than 10 years.

All the inflatables we offer are designed for commercial use and built to withstand wear and tear. They are constructed from top-quality, flame-resistant and lead-free materials, specifically 18oz Vinyl (0.55mm PVC tarpaulin) that has been tested and certified to meet EN71 and RoHS standards. Our material features a sturdy net fabric sandwiched between two layers of PVC coating, ensuring maximum strength and durability.

To further enhance the robustness of our inflatables, we use heavy-duty nylon thread and employ double stitching throughout, with quadruple stitching at areas of high stress such as the bottom. We stitch at a density of about 5 stitches per inch to ensure that the inflatable remains fully inflated and no air escapes through the seams.

The transportation method required for inflatables varies depending on their size. In the case of smaller inflatables, a truck or SUV would suffice, while larger inflatables may necessitate the use of a trailer.

No, it is not possible. The blowers that are provided with the inflatable will not over-inflate.

Yes, absolutely. The water slides can also be used as dry slides. The pool area on an inflatable water slides can be used as a ball pit too.

Each of our inflatable products is equipped with a repair kit, a blower, a carrying case, and an owner's manual.

For a smaller inflatable bounce house with dimensions of 13ft x 13ft, the maximum weight capacity is around 800 pounds. However, larger bounce houses are capable of supporting more weight. To determine the weight limit of a particular inflatable, it is recommended to refer to the owner's manual or specifications on the order page.

We have wet and dry inflatables. Wet inflatables are constructed differently to prevent water from getting inside the bounce house or slide. Our dry inflatables are not intended to get wet so make sure the inflatable is a wet inflatable if you intend to use it with water.

No, we do not suggest inflatables to be used in windy or rainy conditions. Inflatables should not be used if winds exceed 20 mph.

Yes, we offer bulk discounts when more than 2 inflatables are ordered. When ordering 10+ inflatables, we can sometimes give you discounts of up to 30%. Contact us with your bulk requirements and we would be happy to provide you with a quote.
