Acceptance of Returns: We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products. Please note that we accept exchanges at this time.
Product Condition: We only accept returns for new products. This includes items that are unopened in their original packaging or have never been used.
Return Window: Customers have up to 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return for a defective product.
Return Method: To ensure proper handling, please contact us before returning the item so that we can generate the correct shipping label for the warehouse. Returns can then be processed at a drop-off location convenient for you.
Refund Currency: All refunds will be processed in USD. The amount will automatically be converted into the customer’s local currency by their financial institution at the current exchange rate.
Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 20% of the product price may apply to returned items.
Refund Processing Time: Once the return has been received and inspected, please allow up to 10 days for the refund to be processed and credited back to your original form of payment.
Custom-Made Inflatables: However, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for custom-made inflatables, as we provide design mock-ups for approval and pictures of the finished product before shipping. Please note that all sales of custom inflatables are final and cannot be refunded or exchanged due to the inability to resell them.
