Warranty

The inflatables that are bought from inflatableland.co are backed by a 3-year manufacturer's limited warranty that protects against defects from the delivery date. However, the warranty does not cover damages such as cracks, punctures, holes, rips, and breakages that occur after 30 days or damages caused by misuse, poor handling, improper installation, alteration not made by the manufacturer, neglect or accidents not caused by the manufacturer. To examine the damage and determine if the material is genuinely faulty under the warranty terms, the inflatable must be returned.

The warranty provides for repair, replacement, or refund, subject to special cases. If the damage is not a defect, the customer must bear the cost of material and shipping. In the event that repair is not possible, the company offers a replacement inflatable at half the price.

If the requirements for warranty repair are met, the buyer is responsible for shipping the returned inflatable, and ground shipping fees will be reimbursed. Inflatables that are more than three years old are not covered under the warranty.

Our company offers a warranty for shipping that covers any damage that may occur during the transportation of your inflatable. In the event that your inflatable sustains damage during shipping, we will replace the damaged parts. To take advantage of this warranty, you must report any shipping damage to us within 24 hours of receiving your inflatable. It's crucial that you open and test your inflatable upon arrival to ensure it's not damaged. Failure to report any shipping damage within the 24-hour timeframe will result in the shipping warranty becoming invalid.
